RESERVATIONS
Reservations only need to be made for SOLD OUT Zoo shows.
• A limited number of passes will be accepted on sold out shows.
• Reservations are now required on a first come first serve basis for sold out shows.
• SRO Pass will be notified via eMail when Zoo concerts sell out.
• Only after a concert is SOLD OUT can you come back to the site and sign-up for your reservation. (Please no phone calls to the office or bulk reservation requests.)
• Reservations cannot be made until after you have purchased your SRO pass.
• You will need your " SRO Pass #" in order to make a reservation.

200 SRO Punches per show = SOLD OUT.
Only those with reservations will be let into the concert.

RULES
• STANDING ROOM ONLY area has been defined.
• Please enjoy the concert from the SRO area.
• The SRO area is at the top of the amphitheater and on the side railings.
• Please be courteous to those with reserved seats.
• 1 punch per person per concert.
• Maximum 2 punches per concert or up to one guest.
