If a concert is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances you may entitled to a refund by contacting the place from which you purchased the ticket. Contact must be made within 30 days after the date of the show. Re-scheduled Shows
If a show is re-scheduled, you may keep your ticket and use it for the new show, or return the unused ticket to the place of your purchase for a refund (less fees).
