This is Edwin McCain, the voice that is romance incarnate, has launched a thousand marriages and stirred up Southern soul for over 20 years. With a wall of platinum and gold albums that have sold in the millions, he began sowing the seeds of his tenth and newest album Mercy Bound seven years ago. The songs comprisingthe album are the fruits of a collaboration with fellow singer/songwriter Maia Sharp, who also produced the album and is a lush, melodic personal journey both have traveled.
