Ed Roland & Kevin Griffin

Ed Roland of Collective Soul and Kevin Griffin of Better Than Ezra will hit the road to delight fans as the Southern Gentlemen. There couldn’t be a better name to describe this pair of accomplished musicians. Roland, a native of Atlanta and Griffin, hailing from New Orleans, met in the early 90s as each of their bands began to gain widespread success. At the time, Roland’s band Collective Soul was topping charts with hit songs like Shine and The World I Know. Griffin’s group, Better Than Ezra had released its first album, Deluxe, which contained the hit songs Good and In the Blood. In the years since, Roland and Griffin penned a myriad of chart-topping radio hits, sold millions of records, and toured around the world. Throughout everything, the friends never lost touch and stayed close to their hometown roots.
