Public Transit Directions The Minnesota Zoo is on MVTA bus line # 440. This bus runs 440 runs Monday through Saturday, there is no bus service to the Zoo on Sunday. The bus runs from Mall of America to the Apple Valley station and stops at the Zoo. (Please note: periodically the MVTA changes their Web site.
